• Please book before the departure day with the first payment of 10,000 Baht.

• If your visa was refused by The Japan Embassy.  The Company reserves the right to keep a visa fee per person 1,700 Baht and the deposit for Flight Ticket 5,000 Baht per person. Total 6,700 Baht And the rest will be refunded within 7 days after the result.  (If you applying the visa pass the company must pay increase 1,700 Baht per person).

• To apply for a visa. Please provide all documents as specified.  Deliver all documents for visa applicationnot less than 3 weeks prior to the departure date. (If your document is incomplete. The Embassy may be reject your visa and you must pay visa fee by yourself if you want to apply agian).

• If you provide documents to visa delays overdue to the date of the launching flight ticket and your visa is not approved. The Company reserves the right not to refund all deposits.

• The rest payment must be paid not less than 20 days prior to the departure date, otherwise it will automatically cancel the trip.

• Round-Trip Tickets by program listed. In case that you want to stay along must pay for change the flight ticket and the passport fee. 

•  Airport Tax all tour program listed.

• Accommodations as specified or similar for the same price (2 persons per room).

• Meals by the list.

• Bus - transfers according to the tour with a driver who qualified path.

• The entrance tickets for visit places by the list.

• Travel insurance amount of 2,000,000 Baht per person (conditions under the policy).

• Tour leader guide all the trip.

• Personal expenses such as telephone, laundry, drinks in the room.

• Special food and beverages over from program listed.

• 7% Vat /  3% Withholding Tax. 

• Visa fee 1,700 Baht.

• Please tipping for guide and driver.. 2,000 Yen or depends on the satisfaction with the service you receive.

• Cancel not less than 30 days prior to the departure date.refunds all deposit.

• Cancel within 21 - 29 days prior to the departure date. Charge 5,000 Baht.

• Cancel within 15 - 20 days prior to the departure date. Charge 10,000 Baht.

• Cancel within 1- 14 days prior to the departure date. Charge all the total cost.

• Cancel on the day trip or denied to entry into the country. No refund.

• If you can not go because of the sickness require a medical certificate from the hospital confirmed. The company will postpone your trip to the next, however, you must pay a non-refundable such as flight ticket deposit 10,000 Baht per person.

• The Company reseves the right to cancel the trip prior 15 days. In case of the group has less than 20 peoples. The company willing to refund all total cost except visa fee. Or arrange the other tour group if you want. 

• The Company reseves the right to change some details of this tour when necessary if force majeure that could not be solved and will not be responsible about the loss or the injury, in addition to the responsibility of the tour leader such as strikes, riots and natural disasters.

• This Program tour was set in to flat rate so if you disclam to use some services by the list or denied to entry into the country. The Company reseves the right not to refund in any case.

• In case of cancellation after visa approved. The Company reseves the right to notify the Embassy because the visa applying in each country will be saved to a record on behalf of the Company.

• This Program is just a proposal must has comfirmation from the Company again after booking the flight and reserving the hotel completely. However, this program may be change due to the delay of airline, hotel abroad, political problems and natural disasters etc. Depend on the convenience of the tourist. The Company not responsible if the Department of  Immigration not allow you to entry the country because of the illegal or prohibited goods, the travel documents are incorrect, behavior in a derogatory manner or another reasons. The Company not to refund all the total cost and not responsible if the Embassy suspend the visa cause by the passenger.  Not responsible in case of the Department Immigration of Thailand not issueissue an immigration document to foreigners or Pm alien who stay in Thailand.

• Guide, employees and agents of the company have no right to make any contract for the company.
  In addition to the document signed by an authorized representative of the company only.

• When you have paid a deposit or the total cost pass by the agent of company or paid directly to the company. The company will be considered that you acknowledge and agree to our terms and conditions set forth by all.
