Domestic flights
1. Domestic flights for Bangkok Airways and Thai Airways need to process at least 2 days prior to departure. Otherwise, your booking will be canceled automatically.
2. Your booking must be paid immediately upon receipt of your Booking because seats are limited (in case of Promotion fare) Class W, V, Q.
3. Usual working hours for issuing Domestic flights are Monday-Friday (09.00am-16.00pm).
4. If the audit found the inaccuracies of airline, seats, floor and prices. The company reserves the right to change your booking and willing to refund in case of you do not wish to continue but already have a payment.
5. If you cannot comply with these conditions, the company reserves the right to cancel your booking without prior notice.

International flights
1. International flights need to process at least 2 days prior to departure. Otherwise, your booking will be canceled automatically.

4. Airport tax and fuel surcharge may change without prior notice according to approvals from the airline so please check the current price again on ticket issuance date
5. If you cannot comply with these conditions, the company reserves the right to cancel your booking without prior notice.
